Let’s start from the end. What if every company – large or small, would have a weekly happy hour for personal /corporate innovation, creativity and problem solving?
Imagine that in that happy hour, employees and managers would mix up to groups of 10-15 people, randomly;. 1.5 hours would be dedicated to personal creativity: dancing, singing, writing, painting, cooking, and playing.
Another 1.5 hours would be dedicated to explore together how to make their workplace more innovative, creative and to solve problems in the different departments. –
A magic box will be placed in each department, in which employees will insert suggestions, questions and challenges that need to be solved. The inserted submission to the box ,may be anonymous.
HR manager together with CEO, will go over the magic box content and will decide which issues will be dealt with in the weekly happy hours (problems that are focused on a specific department may be addressed by a mix group of people which may not necessarily be working in that department).

the end of the day, we are social animals that need attention, care, sympathy, empathy, endorsement, compliments, gratitude, respect, positive evaluation, compassion, love. Remember Maslow Pyramid Needs?
We are also creative beings. Even if our creative talent is hidden and never being exposed, it’s never too late to feel the joy of manifesting our unique self and expressing creativity through arts, innovation or a talent such cooking or writing.

Sometimes giving attention, respect and recognition to the unique creativity of employees can bring good energy and good atmosphere of harmony that is valued much more than money.
Asking employees to consult of how to solve challenges at work and contribute to the growth and strength of the company raises personal involvement and motivation at work.
Today’s world economy is so dynamic and uncertain. Companies should make sure that the most important asset is - their human resources.
A company is analogical to a living organism – executive teams should feed each organ (department)and each cell (every employee )and provide the best conditions to live in wellness and well-being.
